For guests who prefer an immersive backcountry experience, our Williams Fork Snowmobiling Tours provide over 100 miles of trails through the Arapahoe National Forest. This Breckenridge Snowmobile Base Camp offers a diverse array of terrain with varying degrees of difficulty, allowing for trips to be custom-tailored to our guests’ individual riding styles and abilities.
Tours are based from a beautiful 3,500 square foot guest lodge, complete with a restaurant and moss rock fireplaces, perched above the banks of the Williams Fork River.
Our Williams Fork Base Camp offers guests the option to choose the type of snowmobile that best suits their riding style, with both Touring Machines and High Performance, powder-specific machines available.
This massive riding area is nearly 700 square miles in size and offers an array of terrain that includes wide groomed trails, forested singlerack and multiple open meadow powderfields, some of which are over a square mile in size. Vistas of the Gore Range Wilderness and the Continental Divide come into view with each turn of the trail. Wildlife including moose and elk are frequently spotted here as well.
Three-Hour, Four-Hour and Seven-Hour Snowmobile Tours are offered from this location at 9:00 am, daily. Three-Hour Tours offer riders the choice of Standard Touring machines or High Performance, single-rider-only snowmobiles. All Four and Seven-Hour Tours take place exclusively on High Performance machines.
Complimentary transportation is available from the Towns of Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Frisco, Silverthorne and Dillon, Colorado.
Rates include complimentary snowmobile helmets, snowsuits and boots.

Additional Information:
- Our Williamsfork Snowmobile Base Camp has a 48-hour cancellation policy (72 hours for groups of 10 or more snowmobiles)
- Snowmobile Tours are not recommended for children under the age of 4.
- A credit card imprint, serving as a damage deposit, is required on all Snowmobile Tours.
- Snowmobile Drivers must be 15 years of age or older.
- Drivers must be 18 years of age or older in order to carry a passenger on their snowmobile.
- A signed liability waiver for personal injury is required prior to tour departure.
